Some people would rather search for their new home themselves. If you are one who likes to work alone, then our CASH REBATE PROGRAM is for you. We guarantee to give you a cash rebate of between 2% and 3% of the price of your new home.
Our Cash Rebate Program is simple and our service costs you nothing. Once you have completed all the research and found a community and builder you like, you can either do the research all on your own, or you can call us and let us help you in your search for a new home, or you can visit our website to locate a great BUILDER. We have extensive knowledge of the DFW area and the builders that are building in the area. We also are aware of the most recent incentives and discounts the builders have to offer.
Our service costs you nothing. We want to make sure you explore all your options and have an opportunity to select the best new home builder that fits your needs.
When you visit the home builder, you need to advise them you are working with an agent; and if you are asked to fill out a registration card, show RE/MAX Heritage and Pete Borges as you agent. That is the way you get your rebate. We suggest before you sign the new builder contract that you give us a call and let us make sure you have gotten the best deal and your builder has given you all the incentives they have. Again, our service costs you nothing.
Once you are ready to write the new builder contract, be sure that we are listed as you Real Estate agent. That insures you will get your rebate.
The final step is to contact us, and let us know you have completed the contract. We will ask you to send us a copy, and we will send you a confirmation letter and our agreement in writing stating what amount you will be receiving. We can send you the agreement before you sign the builder contract if you wish to review it.
Once you have closed on your new home you should receive your rebate funds in 3 to 5 days of closing.
